RESEARCHERS CREATE SKYMION-BASED MEMORY TECHNOLOGY FOR EXTREMELY LOW POWER DEVICE

A research team led by Agency for Science, Technology and Research in partnership with the national University of Singapore has created an innovative microelectronic device that can potentially function as a sustainable high performance “but switch”.
This pave way for the future computing technologies to process data much faster while using significantly less energy
